Ingredients
- # 12 ounce(s) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- # 1 cup(s) butter, softened (2 sticks)
- # 1 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
- # 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- # 2 large eggs
- # 1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- # 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- # 1 teaspoon(s) salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F. In a large bowl, beat butter with
brown sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add
vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed
until combined. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in
small bowl and gradually add to egg mixture while
mixing on low speed. Fold in chocolate chips and
macadamia nuts. Spread batter evenly into an
ungreased 13” x 9” pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted
in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on
wire rack. Remove from pan and cut into squares.
