Ingredients

  • ~ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ~ 2 Onions
  • ~ 1 Green Pepper
  • ~ 6 or 7 Cloves of Garlic
  • ~ 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • ~ 2 tsp Salt and Pepper
  • ~ 1 tbsSugar
  • ~ 29 ounce can of Red Kidney Beans
  • ~ 24 ounce can of Tomato Sauce
  • ~ 3 tbs of Brown Sugar
  • ~ 1 ounce Dark Chocolate
  • ~ 1 tbs Basil, Oregano and Parsley
  • ~ 2 tbs of Paprika
  • ~ 12 ounces of Beer
  • ~ 1 tbs of Chili Powder
  • ~ 1 tbs of Cayenne Pepper
  • ~ 1 tbs of Hot Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a large pot heated at medium heat give a swig of EVOO. Then add 2 diced onions into the pot. Cut 1 green pepper diced style and throw that into the pot, too. Give the veggies a little mix with the wooden spoon. Press 6 cloves of garlic into the pot. Give an extra stir to all those veggies until the onions turn slightly brown.

At this time drain the water from the ground beef and let sit in the bowl. Add the ground beef to the mixture and stir in until the beef starts to turn brown. Add 2 tsp salt and a bit of pepper. Continue stirring. Add can of red kidney beans. Stir in the beans with the veggies and beef. Then, add 1 can of tomato sauce. Make sure you're using a 24 ounce can. Stir in with the beans, veggies and beef. Add 3 tbs of brown sugar. Again, stir in the sugar with the other ingredients. Grate 1 ounce of chocolate directly into the mixture. Again, stir into mixture.

Now let's add some spices. Add 1 tbs of basil, oregano and parsley. Again, you guessed it, stir in. Add 2 tbs of paprika. Next, add 12 ounces of beer into the mix. Put in 1 tbs of chiii powder into the mix. Mix in the powder. Then, add 1 tbs of cayenne pepper. Then, add a full tbs of hot sauce. Mix one more time. Bring your heat down to simmer. Let simmer for 1 hour. After an hour taste; if you like the flavour serve In a bowl. lf you don't like it's taste jet simmer for a bit longer.
