Ingredients
- 1/3 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Thai chili paste
- 2 shallots, peeled
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 1/2 pounds swordfish

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Place all ingredients other than swordfish in food processor. Pulse 3 times, until coarsely chopped.
3. Place fish on sprayed broiler pan, spread 1/2 cup shallot mixture over fish.
4. Broil about 15 minutes. Serve with rest of shallot mixture.
