Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, browned and seasoned to taste
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can french fried onion rings
  • 1 package frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, cheese, pepper and 1/2 of onion. Place layer of mix in baking dish. Pork chops can go completely on top or be covered by a little of the mixture. Cover with foil and bake 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
