Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
- 5 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 1/2 ounces egg noodles, yolk-free, cooked
- 1/2 ounce sliced almonds

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Mix juice-cinnamon. Toss with pasta. Spoon into sprayed casserole. Sprinkle with nuts.
3. Bake 30-40 mins.
