Ingredients

  • Creamy Dill Dressing:
  • Creamy Dill Dressing
  • 1 can 8 1/2 oz water chestnuts drained and sliced
  • 1 package 6 oz frozen crabmeat thawed, drained and cartilage removed
  • 2 cans (4 1/2 oz each lg shrimp, drained ( I guess you can use fresh seafood)
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • luttuce leaves or cups
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 tbspn lemon juic
  • 1/4 tspn salt
  • 1/4 tspn dried dill weed

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Creamy dill dressing, toss with water chestnuts, crabmeat, shrimp, cucumber, and onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Arrange avocados and tomatoes on lettuce. Top with crabmeat mixture.
