Ingredients
- Creamy Dill Dressing:
- Creamy Dill Dressing
- 1 can 8 1/2 oz water chestnuts drained and sliced
- 1 package 6 oz frozen crabmeat thawed, drained and cartilage removed
- 2 cans (4 1/2 oz each lg shrimp, drained ( I guess you can use fresh seafood)
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges
- luttuce leaves or cups
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 tbspn lemon juic
- 1/4 tspn salt
- 1/4 tspn dried dill weed

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Creamy dill dressing, toss with water chestnuts, crabmeat, shrimp, cucumber, and onions. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Arrange avocados and tomatoes on lettuce. Top with crabmeat mixture.
