  • 1 pkg lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 pkg (4 servings) lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour tube pan, set aside.

2. Blend cake mix, pudding, water, oil and eggs at medium speed for 2 mins.

3. Bake for 45-55 mins or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool right side up for about 25 mins, then remove from pan.

4. To make glaze: blend 1 cup powdered sugar with lemon juice or milk. Drizzle over cake.
