Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 Tbs. grated onion
- 1 lg. egg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2-3 Tbs. flour
- oil

Step 1
Peel and finely grate potatoes (3 cups). Squeeze out some moisture in potatoes. Add onion, egg, salt and enough flour to thicken batter, slightly. Drop batter into hot oil and fry until crisp and brown.
