- 1 lg. cow tongue
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Water

Step 1
Boil tongue in large pan of salted water with enough water to cover. Cover, cook 1 hour or until tender when stuck with fork, then skin. Wash off with hot water to get rid of grease. Slice into small pieces (bite size). Cover with 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water. Add onion slices.
