Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs stew meat cut into small pieces
- 2 medium onions diced
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2-4 carrots diced
- 1 15oz can corn
- 1 15oz can peas
- 1 15oz can green beans
- 3-5 potatoes
- 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the stew meat in a large pot.
Fill with water just to cover the meat.
Bring to a boil.
Add onions and celery.
Bring to boil.
Add carrots. Boil for about 5 minutes.
Add canned corn, peas and green beans.
Bring to a boil.
Add potatoes your choice of how many.
Bring to a boil.
Add tomato sauce and ketchup.
Add basil and oregano.
Taste to see if it needs salt and pepper.
