Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening (half butter)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 5 ingredients. Sift next 4 ingredients together. Then mix the two together. Chill dough. Lightly grease cookie sheet.

Bake 375 for 5 to 10 min.
