Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. finely chopped green pepper
2 T. finely chopped pimento
1/4 c. parsley or chopped pecans

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, Parmesan and garlic; blend well. Add green pepper and pimento; chill. After chilling, shape into a log. Wrap strip of 1-inch wide aluminum foil in candy cane fashion around the log. Roll in parsley, pecans or both. Remove foil. Great on crackers!
