Aunt Elsie's Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6-10 large potatoes, cooked and cubed while warm
  • preferably red potatoes
  • 5 hard cooked eggs, sliced after being chilled
  • 2-2 1/2 cups real mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup sout cream
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 3 mini gherkins, chopped fine
  • 1 tst celery seeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt, pepper and Lawry's salt
  • fine chopped celery
  • garnish top with green pepper rings and paprika.

just mix it all together and refrigerate
