Ingredients

  • 6-10

    large potatoes, cooked and cubed while warm

  • preferably red potatoes

  • 5

    hard cooked eggs, sliced after being chilled

  • 2-2½

    cups real mayonaise

  • cup sout cream

  • ¼

    cup mustard

  • ¼

    cup tarragon vinegar

  • 3

    mini gherkins, chopped fine

  • 1

    tst celery seeds

  • 1

    tsp sugar

  • salt, pepper and Lawry's salt

  • fine chopped celery

  • garnish top with green pepper rings and paprika.

Directions

just mix it all together and refrigerate
