Ingredients

• 8 slices bread (w/out crust)
• 3/4 LB grated cheddar cheese
• 1-1/2 pkgs farmer john's brown & serve skinless sausage
• 4 eggs
• 2-1/2 C milk
• 3/4 tsp prepared mustard
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 4 oz can mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Step 1

cut sausage into thirds brown

cube bread & place into greased 9x12" glass baking pan

top bread w/ sausage & cheese
mix eggs, milk, mustard & dash of salt
pour over bread
chill overnight

blend soup
add liquid per can instructions
add mushrooms & pour over bread mix.
bake @350 for 1-1/2 HR

top will still look glossy
