Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter
• 1/2 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 t vanilla
• 1 1/4 c flour
• 3/4 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Criss cross with a fork on each cookie. Bake 375* for 10 to 12 minutes.
