Ingredients
- 2 Cans, Cooked Chicken
- 3/4 C. prepared Pesto, divided
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- *Mix Together & heat
- 8 slices Italian Bread
- 3 oz. jar roasted Sweet Red Peppers, drained
- 6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
- *Put heated mixture on bread & layer peppers and
- mozzarella slice on top
