Ingredients
- 1/2 cup, veg. oil
- 1/3 cup, cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 med. carrots
- 3 sm. yellow squash
- 1 sm. cauliflower, cut up
- 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up
- 3 med., fresh mushrooms, sliced

Step 1
Combine veg. oil, vinegar, sugar, dill weed, garlic salt, salt and pepper in a jar and shake well until mixed. Combine veg in lg. bowl and pour oil over it and mix well. Cover and chill for 24 hrs., stirring occasionally.
