Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 # cleaned and cooked shrimp (cooked in salt and any shrimp boil)
- 6 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 celery heart, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp white pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp salt*
- 4 Tbsp Creole mustard
- 2 small green onion

Preparation
Step 1
Marinate cooked shrimp 4 hours in mixed ingredients. Serve chilled on bed of lettuce.
