Orange, Sweet Carrots

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup, sugar
• 1 Tbs. flour
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp., grated orange peel
• 3/4 cup, orange juice
• 2 Tbs. butter
• 3 cups, cooked, sliced carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Add orange juice and cook, stirring constantly, about 5 min. or until sauce thickens. Add butter and cooked carrots. Heat through.
