Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 9 inch baked pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, corn starch, salt, cinnamon in a saucepan. Blend in water and one cup blueberries. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly until mixture is very thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter and lemon juice. Cool and then fold in remaining 2 cups of bluberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill 2 hours and serve with Cool Whip.
