  • 1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, divided
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line an 8 inch square pan with foil (preferably heavy duty). Place peanut butter chips and two thirds of a cup of the milk in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave at high power for one minute, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds and stir until smooth. Add one half tsp vanilla. Spread evenly in pan.

Place remaining milk (about one half cup) and chocolate chips in another microwave safe bowl, repeat the microwave procedure. Stir in remaining vanilla. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Cover loosely, refrigerate until firm. Remove from pan and place on cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares. Store, tightly covered in refrigerator.
