Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 lbs Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (1.25 ounces) Ortega Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 large stalk) sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onion
  • 1 package (8) 10-inch burrito size flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) Sargento Chefstyle Mild Cheddar Sheedded Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from skillet; cool.

COMBINE dressing, mayo and seasoning mix in large bowl. Add chicken, celery, bell pepper and green onion, toss well to coat. Cover refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

DIVIDE salad among tortillas. Top with cheese and fold.
