Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked & cubed
- Soy Sauce
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 1 Celery, sliced
- Green Pepper, sliced
- Onion, chopped
- Garlic
- Ginger
- hot cooked Rice

Preparation
Step 1
In soy sauce diluted with water, soak chicken pieces, then cook in the soy sauce. Put aside.
Steam the veggies and toss with the garlic and ginger after.
Serve over rice.
