Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 Box Golden Cake Mix
  • 1 Box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs - add one at a time
  • 3/4 c water
  • 3/4 c oil
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. butter
  • Spice Mix:
  • 3/4 c pecans
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 T cinnamon
  • Icing:
  • 1 c powder sugar
  • 1 1/2 T milk
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 t. butter

Cooking time 75mins

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Beat all ingredients for 8 minutes
(no less)

Spice Mix:
Mix all ingredients together

Pour 1/2 cake mix in bottom of bundt pan. Sprinkle all of Spice Mix on top then pour rest of cake mix on top of spice mix.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour

Icing:

Mix all ingredients together and drizzle on top of cooled bundt cake
