Amusement park and they had a great food hall with "the best" Clam Fritters, Clam Chowder, etc.ghgjf ever
I'm going to try this recipe myself. Putting it on here so I don't lose it.

Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 Cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- Wet Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup clam liquor (juice ???)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 6 ounces chopped clams or quahogs (with juice)
- Other Ingredients Needed: 2 cups peanut oil (I'd use Crisco shortening melted down)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together the dry ingredients and set aside
2. In a medium bowl mix egg, clam liquor and milk.
3. Stir in clams
4. Add dry ingredients, a little at a time, stir well until mixture forms a sticky ball
5. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot peanut oil.
6. Test the oil first by dropping a small amount in the oil, about the size of a dime. If it sizzles rapidly, then it's hot enough to fry the clam cakes.
7 Fry till brown.
8. Drain on paper towels.
