Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 ozs sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables or 1 can (15 ozs) mixed vegetables, drained
- 6 ozs diced cooked turkey
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cans (14.5 ozs each) chicken broth or turkey broth
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
- 3 cusp Minute White Rice
- 1 can (8 count) large flaky biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 375
COOK onions and mushrooms in hot oil 5 minutes in a large saucepan.
MIX in all remaining ingredients except rice and biscuits; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
STIR in rice. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place biscuits on top of filling.
BAKE for 12 - 14 minutes, or until biscuits are gold brown.
