Ingredients
- 6 cans chicken broth
- 1 T butter
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 bunch asparagus chopped
- 4 ribs celery diced
- 2 c chopped mushrooms
- 4 c cooked turkey or chicken
- 16 oz light sour cream
- 4 c instant mashed potatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp tarragon
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c wine

Preparation
Step 1
Cook onion, celery, asparagus, mushrooms in butter until tender. Simmer broth in another pot while doing this. Add vegies and turkey to broth. Simmer shortly for 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream, spices, and mashed potatoes. Blend well with a whisk. Heat a little more. Add wine and chicken with 3 T. cornstarch as needed.
