Ingredients
- 1 lg red bell pepper
- 1 med sized onion, chopped
- garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 14 1/2 cans chili style diced tomatoes
- 3 cups shredded smoked chicken
- 16 oz can navy beans
- 15 oz can black beans, rinsed/drained
- 12 oz can beer
- 1 enveloe white chicken chili seasoning mix

Preparation
Step 1
Saute first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in diced tomatoes and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally 1 hour. Serve with desired toppings such as tortilla chips.
