Microwave Carmel Corn

Ingredients
- 3 qt popped pop corn
- 1 c light brown sugar
- 1/4 c light corn syrup
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 brown paper bag

Step 1
Place popped corn into brown paper bag. Set aside.
In a glass bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Microwave on high for 3 minutes--the liquid will boil. Remove from the microwave and stir in baking soda. Keep stirring until liquid caramelizes.
Pour liquid over pop corn in bag. Fold over the top of paper bag several times. Shake bag and microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Shake paper bag again. Pour carmel corn onto baking sheet and cool.
