Mackerel Fillets With Mustard-Rosemary Mayonnaise 0 Picture


  • 4 mackerel fillets - (8 to 10 oz ea) (or bluefish fillets)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Step 1

Heat broiler. On a cutting board mash garlic with salt until you have a paste. Add rosemary leaves to paste and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in mustard and mayonnaise.

Arrange fish fillets in broiler pan. Spread evenly with rosemary-mustard mayonnaise. Broil 5 inches from heat source until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
