Ingredients
- 1-1/2 CUPS CORN
- 1/2 CUP POTATOES
- 1/4 CUP MILK
- PINCH OF SALT
- PINCH OF PEPPER
- PINCH OF PARSLEY
- 1 TEASPOON SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS BUTTER
- 1 HARD BOILED EGG (OPTIONAL)
- PIE SHELL DOUGH AS NEEDED FOR A SINGLE SERVING

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. BOIL CORN 10 MINUTES ON FULL BOIL AND COOL. CUT CORN FROM COB. BOIL POTATOES UNTIL SOFT AND THEN CUBE THEM. BLEND MILK, POTATOES, CORN, SALT, PEPPER PARSLEY AND SUGAR. PLACE IN A OVEN SAFE CASSEROLE DISH. SLICE BUTTER AND EGG, AND PLACE THESE ON TOP OF MIXTURE.
COVER WITH PIE DOUGH. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS GOLDEN BROWN.
