- 2 pounds green beans, 1" pieces
- 3 tablespoons light butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon rosemary

Step 1
1. Cook beans in boiling water until crisp-tender. Drain.
2. Melt butter with lemon, rosemary, s&p. Toss with beans.
