Ingredients
- Soup:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 (15oz) can light kidney beans
- 1 (16oz) can pinto beans
- 1 (15oz) can black beans
- 1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 (14oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14oz) can chili ready diced tomatoes
- 1 (14oz) can beef broth
- 1 (7oz) Italian salad dressing packet
- 1 (16oz) ranch packet
- 1 fajita seasoning packet
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add oil to skillet and heat over medium-low. In a bowl combine the turkey and taco packet. Roll meat into 32 balls. Brown balls on all sides about 3 mins per side. Drain meat on a paper towel and set aside to cool. Store meatballs in a container and put into refrigerator.
2. In a large crockpot add all soup ingredients. Cook soup on high over night. Next morning add the meatballs and cook on low for another hour.
