These bites are soft boiled, wrapped in Italian sausage, breaded and fried for dunking in spicy pepper aioli ($9).

Ingredients

Preparation

soft boiled, coated in a thin jacket of pork sausage, double-dressed in flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs, then fried golden brown. He slices them in half lengthwise to expose the yolk, places them on a spoonful of watercress puree.
