Ingredients
- 2 lbs lasagna noodles
- 4 lbs Ricotta
- 4 eggs
- Parsely
- Handful of locatelli cheese
- Sprinkle salt and pepper
- Sprinkle lightly cinnamon
- Mix all with wooden spoon
- 12 oz grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Boil water (drop 1 tablespoon oil in when it boils)
Add noodles one at a time (1 lb extra)
Cook ‘til al dente (little hard)
Take out of water immediately and lay out flat
In pan: 3 layers
Gravy
Row of noodles
Ricotta
Mozzarella
Gravy
Italian cheese (Locatelli)
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour with no cover
