- 1 pound lean meat
- 1 large can tomato soup

Step 1
cook noodles 'til almost done (al dente)
brown meat in little oil until well done
mix meat with tomato soup and 1 can water and add a lot of salt to get rid of sweetness
mix with sea shell noodles.
(if not enough juice, always can add small can of tomato soup)
