Lemon Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cups heavy cream
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoons finely grated lemon rind
  • 2 tbl minced chives
  • 1 tbl chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Stir in cream, lemon juice,Parmesan, chives, and lemon rind; bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.

Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste, then cook for an additional minute.

Spoon sauce over pasta and toss to combine.
