Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup - undiluted
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You can divide recipe and freeze half.
Bake 1/2 hour - longer from frozen state.
