Whisk together until smooth **chocolate 3 tbsp. sugar, 1/3 c heavy cream,, 2 tbsp. corn syrup, 2 tbsp. water over medium high water - whisk it until water is boiling. boil for a minute then add 3 1/2 oz bittersweet chocolate - whisk until smooth. cool 10 min. ***peanut butter substitute 1 tsp. creamy peanut butter for 1 tbsp. of the milk. *** citrus substitute 2 tbsp. thawed frozen citrus juice concentrate for the milk - add drops of water to thin.
