Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 2 c grated carrots
  • 2 1/2 c bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c cilantro
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3/4 c oyster flavored sauce (Panda Brand)
  • 1/8 c soy sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3 T sugar
  • 2 packages 8x8" spring roll wraps or egg roll wraps
  • Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce for serving

Preparation

Step 1

1. In wok, saute chopped garlic in 1 T oil
2. Add pork and cook thoroughly. Drain grease
3. Add carrots (always add foods that need to cook longer first)
4. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar (add more oyster sauce for more flavor)
5. Add bean sprouts, cilantro and green onions
6. Once cooked, place mixture in a bowl lined with paper towels to absorb excess juices
7. Place 2 T mixture in corner of 1 spring roll wrap and roll
8. Deep fry at 350 until lightly browned
9. Drain and cool on paper towel
