Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups mashed banana, about 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/3 cup lowfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Combine flour-salt.
3. Beat sugar and butter until well-blended. Add banana-yogurt, beat until blended. Beat in flour just until moist.
4. Microwave chocolate chips until almost melted, stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
5. Add 1 cup batter, combine. Spoon alternately with plain batter into sprayed 8" loaf pan. Swirl together with a knife.
6. Bake 1 hour and 15 mins, or until tester tests clean. Cool 10 mins in pan on rack, then out of pan on rack.
Nice and moist.
