Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground sirloin
- 1/4 cup minced shallot
- 3 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 3 tablespoons rosemary, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Blend all ingredients together, making sure to spread the seasoning evenly throughout. Shape into 6 patties, each 1" thick.
2. Cook on sprayed grill or skillet, 6-8 mins/side for medium.
These were delicious - easy and just a bit different, really enjoyable. My subs: turkey instead of sirloin, minced onion instead of shallot, Creole mustard instead of basic Dijon, and dried rosemary instead of fresh. Served on buns with a horseradish mayo as recommended in the book - this was perfect. A slice of tomato and onion and lettuce would have been good too.
