Ingredients
- 1 lb flank or flat iron steak
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 crepes, pre cooked
- 12 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 yellow sweet onion, sliced, caramelized
- 6 ounces cooked bacon, chopped
- Fresh thyme, chopped
- Blue cheese dressing

Preparation
Step 1
To make the steak, marinate with oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in the refrigerator for 12 hours. When ready, grill steak to desired temperature. Allow to rest for 5 to 6 minutes before slicing.
After slicing the meat, place inside premade crepes with the rest of the filling ingredients. Heat crepe in skillet until the crepe is slightly crispy. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over top.
