Three Cheese Garden Pizza
By cacelias
This is my own version of a Margarita Pizza! Zach and Wes love this! I always make a pizza for Zach before every football game! You can add other vegetabls if you like......but, the kids prefer just the cheese, Russ and I like to add the Roma tomatoes.
Recipe adapted from Pampered Chef.

Preparation
Step 1
Wrap frozen bread in plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray. Let dough sit on counter for several hours until completely thawed. Dough may start to rise, which is perfectly fine. The softer and warmer the dough is, the easier it will be to stretch out onto pizza stone.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread dough out onto baking stone. I use either the round or rectangle one. Use your hands and take your time stretching the dough as you go.
Press garlic over the crust and spread evenly. Cover the crust with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. If using, top with tomato slices and other vegetables, if desired. Grate parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden.
