Maple and Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter, crunchy
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups regular oats
- 1/2 cup golden raisins

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 300.
2. Combine peanut butter-salt in a saucepan, whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
3. Pour over oats; stir to combine. Spread onto a sprayed baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to 250; bake 15 minutes.
5. Add raisins, combine. Bake another 15 minutes.
6. Turn off oven and allow granola to cool in oven 20-30 minutes.
Delicious and very easy - repeater for sure. Predominant peanut butter flavor, but not really maple. Honey next time?
