Ingredients
- 3 Onions cut to ½’ thickness
- Buttermilk
- 2 c flour
- 1 c med bodied beer
- 4 c light veggie oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- s & p

Preparation
Step 1
1. Add the onion ring to the buttermilk and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Combine the 1 c flour, beer and s&p; whisk together to the consistency that is a little thinner then pancake batter. In a separate bowl make a dry side with the other cup of flour and salt and pepper and any other spices you make like.
3. Take the onion rings out of the buttermilk and dip them into the flour; shake them off then dip them into the flour beer mix and then dip them in the oil.
4. make sure the oil is heated to 350. Serve with Roasted red pepper sauce.
