mL Warm Water
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. 2. Add sugar and salt. Mix well. 3. Add flour and mix thoroughly. 4. Turn dough out onto lightly floured board and knead well until smooth. 5. Cut dough into 8 equal pieces. Shape into a 8 inch long line- roll between palms. Form into desired pretzel shape. 6. Place on greased baking sheet, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375o F.
