Ingredients

• 3 cups boiling water
• 3 3/4 cups sugar
• 2 oz. jar instant coffee, diluted with 1 cup of water
• 1 fifth of vodka (25 oz.)
• 1/4 cup cream de cocoa
• split vanilla bean
• 1/2 gallon bottle (prefer dark wine bottle)

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer water and sugar 30 minutes & cool. Add instant coffee mixture. Put into bottle. Add cream de cocoa. Add split vanilla bean. Age at least 2 weeks.
