Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 T. water
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white and water until foamy. Add pecans and stir until coated. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt in Ziploc bag. Add pecans and shake to coat. Grease a 10x12-inch baking pan. Spread pecans evenly in bottom of pan and bake 1 hour at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
